When we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which includes the details of your order. Always review the content of the order confirmation. The shipping costs include postage and packaging fees. An estimate of the upcoming shipping costs will be provided in the shopping cart based on the primary available delivery method.

The most common delivery times to Finland may vary depending on the order and chosen delivery method. Our normal delivery time is 1-3 business days (stock) and 3-10 business days (backorder)

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages resulting from such delays. The online store will provide information on its website regarding any exceptional delivery times.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order.

Customers have the right to inspect the contents of the package and try on the product with care. However, the product must be in perfect and unused condition when returned. Opening the product packaging should be done with general caution. When returning the items, they must be carefully packaged. The right of return applies only to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

The right of return does not apply to products ordered with engraving. Specifically ordered or customized products upon customer’s request are not eligible for return. However, the right of return applies if a custom or modified product has a manufacturing defect. There is no return or cancellation right for products specifically ordered from the factory at the buyer’s request.

A prior notification of the return must always be made to the online store’s customer service via email at support@icemafia.store. Please note that leaving the package unclaimed is not considered a return. The merchant has the right to charge a handling fee of €19.90 for orders that have not been collected from the post office within the storage period specified by the postal service.

All prices in the online store include value-added tax but do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated in the product information.

If a product is clearly priced incorrectly in our online store and it can be assumed that the customer understands the product’s incorrect pricing, the product will not be delivered to the customer at that price despite the order being placed. In such a case, Icemafia Jewelry Store is obliged to promptly inform the customer who placed the order. We reserve the right to correct any incorrect prices or texts in our products, website, or other channels retroactively.

We also reserve the right to make changes to our inventory and any possible technical issues in the online store, browser, or server. Icemafia Jewelry Store reserves the right to limit the sale of products in large quantities. If the ordered product is no longer available, Icemafia Jewelry Store may cancel the transaction and refund the payment to the customer. Icemafia Jewelry Store sells products according to the age limits set by law.

By ordering a product and accepting the delivery terms, the customer confirms that they have the right to order the specific product.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the receipt of the shipment (i.e., the tracking code provided by the postal service confirms the delivery of the product to the customer).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by email. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired, to the email address support@icemafia.store.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product(s). We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Unclaimed Package

Leaving a package unclaimed is not the same as returning or canceling an order. If a package is left unclaimed without a separate cancellation notice, the merchant has the right to charge a handling fee of €19.90.

If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, or if it otherwise does not meet your order, you must notify the error in writing within 30 days to the email address specified in the “Cancellation Right and Return Policy” section, support@icemafia.store. If the package is clearly damaged during transportation, you must immediately make a complaint to the shipping company and contact us about the issue and we will help resolve it, no questions asked.
